Your Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for leading employees and working as a team to optimize production performance within a department - Responsible for using expertise to increase efficiency and productivity of operators and equipment within a department and to ensure consistent quality standards are met - Will help troubleshoot equipment and assist with changeover, set-ups, and will coordinate daily and monthly preventative maintenance and work schedules - Sets an example for quality and good housekeeping practices in the department and will always be available to provide assistance to operators - Will maintain accurate records including maintenance reports, incentive, scrap, SPC charts, as well as time and attendance / vacation scheduling - Encourages employee continuous improvement through SPS activities and using general...
