Position Summary: The Evaluation Coordinator will lead all evaluation activities for the ANE-NPRF Program grant. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive evaluation plan that utilizes best practices and validated tools to capture meaningful outcomes and key performance metrics. These outcomes typically reflect measurable changes in individuals or systems resulting from program activities. The Evaluation Coordinator will prepare and present evaluation findings to the ANE-NPRF Advisory Council through fact sheets, formal reports, slide presentations, and other communication formats. In addition, the Coordinator will submit required evaluation data and updates to the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) through technical assistance calls, formal HRSA reports, and other appropriate channels.
