About the Team: The Card Conversion and Core Integration team is central to the Discover Card Integration. This product leadership role will play a central role in the conversion and integration of Discover’s credit card accounts to Capital One. This role requires a leader who can bring both technical product management skills combined with analytical rigor and judgment to drive horizontal conversion strategy for major components of the Discover conversion and also create clear vision for the longer-term integrated Discover destination and associated capabilities.
