We’re looking for someone who can take our private grants program to the next level. What You’ll Do: - Identify and pursue new foundation funding opportunities - Write compelling, high-performing proposals - Own the full grants lifecycle: research, writing, submission, reporting, renewal - Build and steward strong relationships with foundations - Manage deadlines, data, and details with precision - Partner with staff outside of the philanthropy team in order to align funding with impact Who You Are: - An exceptional writer (no shortcuts, no fluff) - Highly organized and deadline-driven - Both strategic and execution-focused - A relationship-builder, not just a proposal submitter - Self-directed, accountable, and willing to work hard The Work: We operate in the world of intimate partner violence where the stakes are real and the outcomes matter.
