Symmetrio is recruiting a ServiceNow Program Manager consultant for its customer, a large, complex international hospitality and technology company. The ServiceNow Program Manager consultant will manage multiple workstreams within the enterprise ServiceNow program to ensure alignment with business priorities, value realization, services improvement and creation, and long-term platform sustainability. This role partners closely with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and IT leadership to ensure workstream compliance with portfolio strategy, prioritize investments, and govern delivery. The ideal candidate brings strong executive presence, deep ServiceNow program experience, and a disciplined approach grounded in Lean, Six Sigma, ITSM, ITIL, and Agile methodologies. This is a remote, 6-month contract opportunity with high possibility for extension.
