Job Expectations fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Senior Program Manager, reporting to the Program Director, where you will join the Industry Strategy team within Procurement, Proposed and Supply (PP&S) – Strategy and Operational Excellence. A bit about your role: In this role, you will take accountability for the successful planning and execution of outsourcing and partner programs in support of broader enterprise workforce strategies. These programs will reshape how nbn engages with industry and represent a critical delivery role where you will establish the delivery framework, develop execution roadmaps aligned to the overarching strategy and change dependencies, and successfully deliver programs in a cohesive, structured and outcome-driven manner. You will lead the delivery planning and orchestration through extensive cross-company engagement and collaboration with external parties, leveraging global best practices and insights to define a robust baseline.
