About the role: As a Principal Reliability Engineer, you will provide technical and strategic expertise regarding life cycle asset management and the associated practices to ensure maximum possible equipment performance and minimum asset care and preservation costs. The RE provides reliability engineering support to manufacturing departments with an emphasis on improving equipment Reliability, and Maintainability. REs work independently or as team members. They assess, design, train, and implement different programs, including Reliability Centered Maintenance, Root Cause Analysis, and Asset Performance Trending. Additionally, they implement Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs, and reliability continuous improvement programs.
