Kino Świat is a company that was established in 2001. It is a leading independent film distributor in Poland, active across the most important areas of distribution, including cinema, home video (DVD/Blu-ray), video on demand (VOD), and television. Since 2008, the company has been among the top independent theatrical film distributors on the Polish market. In addition to distribution, Kino Świat is also involved in the production and co-production of Polish and international films. Sales Manager TV & VOD Reporting to the Director of Sales in the Licensing Sales team of Kino Świat, your main duties will be to: - Negotiate sales of new releases, catalogue films, and TV series with FREE, PAY TV, and SVOD & AVOD clients. - Optimize the film catalogue : editorial consistency, monitoring classics, tracking film related events, and working with Catalogue Marketing teams on restoration priorities. - Manage the TV/VOD catalogue : assess catalogue title renewals and proactively sell deep-catalogue titles - Prepare title selections tailored to each client, aligned with the editorial strategy of each channel and/or platform. - Create commercial tracking sheets : availability dates, territories...
