Salary Range: $63K + 40% commission on personal training sessions and up to a $4k annual performance bonus. Reports to: Wellness Program Manager Your Mission: Your mission is to deliver high quality personal training and group fitness experiences while supporting the daily operations of the wellness center. You provide professional, hospitality driven service to members, contribute to revenue and engagement goals, and help ensure the fitness center operates smoothly, cleanly, and consistently.
