Company Introduction T&T Supermarket Inc. was found in 1993 with two stores in BC. Since then, it has expanded rapidly to become Canada’s largest Asian supermarket chain with 27 stores across the country: 12 in Metro Vancouver, 6 in Alberta, and 9 in Ontario (7 in GTA and 1 in Ottawa, 1 in Waterloo). Major Responsibilities: 1. Produce the correct quantity of assigned products (Bread, Cake &/or other Pastries) based on orders received 2. Perform production duties as assigned for various products (Bread, Cake, Puddings &/or other Pastries), which may include but not limited to: Dough mixing, cutting, rolling, laying, forming, filling, shaping, slicing…etc. Prepare various fillings such as fruits, meat, paste, custards…etc. Control fermentation and baking time, monitor temperature of cooler and oven Decoration of Bread, Cake &/or other Pastries 3. Control product (Bread, Cake &/or other Pastries) quality, freshness, inventory level and wastage 4. Responsible for cleanliness, hygiene, equipment and tools maintenance follow up and workplace safety of the production area 5.
