Junior Security Engineer (3 Month FTC) | London Endpoint (Junior) Security Engineer manages, secures, and optimizes end-user devices (laptops, desktops, mobile) throughout their lifecycle to protect against cyber threats. They configure EDR, MDM/MAM (Intune), enforce compliance policies, and automate security patching to ensure a secure, compliant, and modern workplace. Key Responsibilities: - Device Management & Security: Deploy, manage, and harden Windows devices using Microsoft Intune. - Windows Hello for Business: Support the transition to Windows Hello for Business, provide troubleshooting and operational support during rollout and adoption. - Mobile Device Security: Manage iOS and Android devices using Intune, deploy mobile configuration profiles, compliance policies, and device restrictions, support secure access to corporate data on mobile platforms through endpoint controls. - Threat Protection: Implement and manage Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) tools, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and VPNs to prevent and detect malicious behavior. - Policy Enforcement: Configure security baselines, encryption (BitLocker), and access controls, including Zero Trust models. - Patching...
