We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the development and execution of a teleoperation program that supports evaluation, data collection, and continuous improvement of robotic capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling operational systems that enable rapid iteration on policies developed by robotics and AI teams. You will operate at the intersection of robotics, autonomy, and operations—designing workflows, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and ensuring high-quality data generation to accelerate product development. Your work will directly impact the ability of our robots to learn complex behaviors and perform reliably in real-world environments. This role requires both strong technical fluency and operational leadership. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating ambiguity, building processes from scratch, and driving execution in a fast-paced, research-driven environment.
