This position is responsible for operating production machines used in the manufacturing of pavers, ensuring product quality, and performing routine maintenance and cleaning tasks. The operator will be tasked with overseeing the production process, adjusting machinery as needed, and ensuring the efficiency and smooth operation of the equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety. Key Responsibilities: Machine Setup & Start-Up: Review the production schedule and associated paperwork to verify the proper setup of production machines. Follow standardized start-up procedures, including preventative maintenance and machine adjustments, to ensure smooth operation.
