The call center focuses on making outbound calls to support the re-enrollment of UToledo students and other call needs of the university. The primary goal will be to encourage and assist these students in returning to the university to complete their degrees. This position will be responsible for completing an assigned number of calls per hour/shift, documenting the call outcomes, and providing student customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in helping others achieve their academic goals.
