Department: 34100 Milwaukee South 18 - Nursing Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: M-F 7:30am-4pm. No evenings, no weekends, occasional holidays. Pay Range: $25.30 - $37.95 Licensure: A valid driver’s license issued by the Division of Motor Vehicles. - Assuring/Improving Quality of Care: Facilitates the patient and family's right to receive quality cost-effective care following Advocates MVP of Stewardship. Working under the direction and supervision of the RN. - 1)Utilizes appropriate resources in response to situations that have the potential to negatively impact patient and family outcomes. - 2)Adapts practice to the latest standards according to evidence-based literature. - 3)Participates in efforts to reduce risk and improve patient safety. - 4)Consistently demonstrates the ability to thoroughly and decisively document to support reimbursement and regulatory requirements. - Care and Service Coordination: Practices as an effective team member of the patient care team to formulate an integrated approach to care following Advocates MVP of Partnership. - 1)Recognizes changes in clinical situations.
