Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our Workday Finance Practice. This individual will be a core member of the finance leadership team, playing a dual role as both a strategic leader and a hands-on contributor. The ideal candidate will bring deep Workday Finance expertise, lead multiple projects as a solution architect, and drive excellence in delivery, people development, and practice growth. Key Responsibilities: Project Oversight & Delivery Provide oversight for multiple Workday Finance projects across the practice. Act as a trusted advisor to project teams, identifying risks, resolving issues, and ensuring successful delivery. Sales & Business Development: Support the RFP response and pursuit process for Consulting work. Support orals.
