FlexStaff is hiring a Temp Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our client's team from June 1, 2026, until September 1, 2026. Remote: position: Pay: $28.57: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Coordinate candidate interviews for internal and external candidates - Prepare interview itineraries for both the management team and candidates - Coordinate travel arrangements - Assist with the MBA and Intern recruitment programs - Request and prepare interview feedback commentary for management review - Extend verbal offers and prepare offer letters - Inform candidates on their interview status - Assist recruiters in managing candidate process within the HRIS system - Assist with MBA and intern recruitment programs - Coordinates advertising/posting of positions, both internally and externally, on the appropriate job boards - Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.
