Job description

This position is related to the CentraCare Plaza expansion that is opening Summer of 2026, with a projected start date in June-July! This 60,0000 square foot expansion will include a 24,000 square foot gym with various surfaces, overhead robotic trolleys, Neck and Back Program gym, Aquatic Center, and more! This positions is responsible for providing scheduling support to department. Participates in the coordination of clinic activity through the processing of physician orders, and performing patient scheduling duties to support patient care staff to achieve the hospital mission. Schedule: Days | Clinic hours are Mon-Thurs 7am-5:30pm and Fridays 7am-4:30pm - Full-time | 80 hours per two weeks | Onsite Qualifications: CentraCare has made a commitment to diversity in its workforce.
