Bealings School are seeking a Teaching Assistant to support the teaching staff in delivering high-quality teaching and learning across the primary age range. You will work closely with teachers to help create a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging environment where every child is encouraged to achieve their full potential. - Bealings School - Address: Little Bealings, Woodbridge, Suffolk IP13 6LW - Salary: Grade 3 Point 4, £25,185 per annum pro rata - Hours: 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, 6.5 hours per day - Contract: Permanent, required as soon as possible - Reference: 8734 Your responsibilities will include: - supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons aligned with the primary curriculum - working with individuals and small groups of pupils to reinforce learning and build confidence - assisting in the preparation of classroom resources and learning materials - promoting positive behaviour in line with the school’s values and behaviour policy - supporting pupils with additional needs, including Special Educational Needs and Disabilities - helping monitor pupil progress and report observations to the teacher - supervising pupils during break ti...
