RN - Acute Rehabilitation Unit: The Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for implementing, directing and coordinating the care of patients through the use of the nursing process: assessment, planning implementation and evaluation. Included is recognition and treatment of the physical and psychosocial changes unique to the age/population group served on the specific unit. - 17 bed unit - Utilizes nursing and physical medicine therapies in the trans-disciplinary team approach to family-centered care - Interdisciplinary approach to Performance Improvement, Education, Policy/Procedure and Delivery of Care - Resources and support for advanced training and certification in Rehabilitation Nursing - PRN - will need to work a min of 24 hours off shift per 6 week schedule - 12 hour day/evening/night - Weekend and Holiday as needed - Shift and Weekend Differential Eligibility Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Job Class Specifics: 1.
