Principal Facility Engineer

Overview Waters Corporation is seeking a Facilities Engineer who is a highly talented, motivated and task oriented individual to join the Facilities Management Team. The ideal candidate should have experience working in large manufacturing and laboratory facility as well as in-depth knowledge of building mechanical systems. Primary duties will include engineering design and project management for facility-related projects , small in scope up to multi-million dollar projects. Provide e ngineering support for various ongoing facility operations and projects within assigned facilities with the position headquartered in MA. Play a critical role in ensuring compliance with appropriate regulations and ensuring the continued operations and safety of our facilities and people. Responsibilities: 1. Engineering design for facility MEP projects, primarily mechanical with emphasis on HVAC, Lab upgrade and space modification, provide facility support for Manufacturing operations equipment and layout changes .
