Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Legal, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 15 years of experience in corporate real estate and workplace, including facilities operations, design development, and project management of corporate real estate assets. - 5 years of people management experience. - Corporate facilities operations, real estate design, construction project management, or leadership experience. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in Architecture, Business, Construction Management, Engineering or related field, LEED AP certification or equivalent practical experience. - Experience in a high-tech, fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize multiple and changing initiatives. - Ability to think "out of the box" and bring creative, non-standard, and innovative solutions to the table. - Excellent problem solving and leadership skills, directing teams or organizations.
