Job description

Responsibilities and Duties: - Always follow and help enforce safe practices and rules. - Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), adherence to industry safety standards, and participation in safety training programs. - Provide direct assistance to the crew during tree care operations, including pruning, trimming, and tree removal. - Operate equipment such as gas-powered chain saws, pole saws, and brush chippers in a safe, efficient, and effective manner while minimizing all risks to job site personnel, the public, and property. - Assist in the removal and disposal of tree debris, branches, and wood chips generated during tree care operations, ensuring the site is left clean and orderly. - Maintain clear and effective communication with team members to ensure coordinated and efficient workflow. - Interact professionally with clients and property owners, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests with courtesy and respect.
