Job Description This HR Business Partner role coaches and consults with corporate store leaders so they achieve their business strategies by focusing on employee performance, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and diversity & inclusion. This candidate must be able to effectively work across all levels of the organization, serve as a trusted partner to leadership, and operate proactively to bring corporate HR priorities to life.
