Position Summary: Oversee development and implementation of behavior support plans for students and/or adults with challenging behaviors. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: - Leads the process for conducting functional assessments of behaviors using a variety of means, including reliable and valid assessment tools when indicated and direct and indirect behavioral assessment procedures. - Develops and implements/modifies behavior support plans using current and ethical practices of positive behavior analysis. Requires good writing skills, the ability to meet deadlines, work with others, manage paperwork, and use basic math skills to assess data. - Develop behavioral goals for IEP and/or Res Hab/Day Hab plan in collaboration with treatment team members - Create data collection systems for plans and/or monitor, graph, and analyze data pertaining to behavior plans - Collaborates with staff as needed pertaining to behavior problems and/or replacement behaviors - Provides direct care in the classroom or residential setting as needed with the purpose of modeling behavior interventions for staff members. - Responds to Crisis Team calls on main campus (if applicable). - Conducts regular a...
