Job Description It takes a special person to be a Care Worker and help the older members of our community to maintain their independence and wellbeing. We are looking for a Cert III qualified person with at least 6 months experience in a similar role, to join the Silverchain team in Grafton. What we’re looking for: We are looking for people who: - Enjoy having variety in their day. - Can build positive relationships with clients and their families. - Care about assisting our aged community members to live independently at home for longer. - Are comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems, knowing when to ask your manager for help.
