The Role The Associate Director, Logistics Operations INT & 3PL Management will lead Moderna’s INT logistics operations with a strong emphasis on digital transformation and AI-driven supply chain orchestration. This role goes beyond operational oversight: it defines and drives the future of logistics technology, ensures resilience in INT distribution and logistics, and embeds compliance across GDP/GMP/Cold Chain frameworks. Beyond overseeing logistics operations, this role owns end-to-end 3PL management from partner selection and onboarding to performance governance and continuous improvement. Here’s What You’ll Do: Lead the INT logistics operations and 3PL management while empowering a high-performing, tech-savvy team. Implement and own GDP compliant end to end shipping concepts: handling of goods, shipping validation and customs clearance, etc. Own end-to-end 3PL lifecycle management across packaging, device, and logistics partners.
