ECS is seeking an HR Program Manager with (Workday and/or ServiceNow) experience to work remotely. We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager with deep U.S. Federal experience to lead large-scale enterprise HR system initiatives, with a primary experience on Workday and secondary experience in ServiceNow HRSD . This role is responsible for end-to-end program leadership across complex, multi-workstream implementations and transformations in highly regulated federal environments. The ideal candidate has a proven track record delivering Workday programs in federal or Fed-adjacent environments , with additional experience integrating or coordinating with ServiceNow platforms. Key Responsibilities: Program Leadership & Delivery: - Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise HR system programs , with emphasis on Workday (HCM, Payroll, Financials). - Oversee integrated workstreams including Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, integrations, reporting, and data migration. - Drive execution across scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets. - Establish and manage program governance, reporting cadence, and escalation paths.
