MAJOR FUNCTION: Assists all patients and visitors at the main entrance to the hospital. Assists all patients and visitors with directions and wheelchair assistance as needed. Maintains Guest Services procedures, objectives, and quality and safety standards. Maintains lobby area. Communicates professionally & diplomatically with patients, families, visitors and staff. QUALIFICATIONS : Certification/Licensure: - High School Diploma or equivalent required, college education preferred. - 3-5 years hospital employment or customer service experience preferred. - N/A Knowledge & Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft office Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams. - Computer skills. - Bilingual preferred.
