Job Description: Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an opportunity for a Project Executive to join our National Industrial team! The Project Executive (Industrial, Science & Technology) oversees the pursuit, planning, execution, and delivery of industrial construction projects with a focus on science and technology applications. This role involves managing specialized facilities such as high-tech manufacturing plants, laboratories, or biotech production sites with cleanrooms, R&D labs, or advanced manufacturing lines, integrating cutting-edge systems. Some things you can expect to do: Pursue & Win Work: Lead Ryan responses to requests for proposal for project opportunities Guide the pursuit team and the bidding, budget and schedule strategy Make effective and convincing formal sales presentations to prospective clients Lead design, engineering, preconstruction and planning services for designated project(s), primarily focusing on: Project planning and coordination Project kickoff and setup: Client communication: Engineering guidance: Design team collaboration: Equipment vendor design, process and procurement management Project entitlement and permitting management: Risk management assessm...
