We are seeking an AI Transformation Lead, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO), to spearhead the next phase of our innovation and evolution. The AI Transformation Lead is responsible for defining, owning, and executing the organization’s artificial intelligence strategy. This role bridges business objectives, product vision, and technical capabilities to ensure AI investments drive measurable value. The AI Transformation Lead partners closely with executive leadership, product, engineering, data, legal, and operations teams to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and scale responsible AI adoption across the company. This role is equal parts strategist, translator, and operator - setting direction while ensuring real world execution.
