Job description

Continuous Improvement & Performance Analyst — CIS, Middle East & Asia will drive operational excellence across the CIS / Middle East / Asia customer supply chain. You will gather, analyse and interpret supply chain performance data, deliver actionable insights, support cross‑functional improvement projects and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards. The role works closely with Regulatory, Artwork Hub, Supply, Warehousing & Distribution, Customer Service, Commercial and Finance and other teams to optimize service, cost and performance. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: Gather and interpret supply chain data (costs, productivity, supply/demand, product readiness, KPIs) across the CIS / Middle East / Asia cluster. Develop and implement analytical methods, reporting tools and systems to make insights consumable for the business. Investigate performance issues, lead root-cause analysis and co‑design corrective actions with stakeholders.
