Position Summary: Leads the management of all property and capital resources including the acquisition, construction and maintenance of all facilities for SYHealth. Oversee all design and construction projects for the organization. Plans, organizes, and manages all functions of the Facilities Department, including planning, design, construction, renovation, plant operations, custodial operations, site security, and maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities, grounds, fleet, and equipment. Collaborate with the executive team on short- and long-term strategic plans for the organization. Essential Functions of the Job: - Leads the development of all new facility projects for the organization including strategic planning, bidding, procurement, budget, schedule, design, permitting and construction oversight to ensure high quality facilities for the organization.
