HIRING A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR IN HOUSTON: ACCOUNTABILITY: The Business Development Coordinator supports DBR firm-wide by identifying new business opportunities, developing client-focused proposals, and helping drive the firm’s growth initiatives. Working closely with Market Leads, this role helps strengthen client relationships and implement strategies that support overall business development goals. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Administration: - Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate information related to clients, contacts, and business development opportunities. - Prepare routine and customized reports to support business development initiatives and strategic decision-making. - Coordinate attendance and participation for Business Development staff and Market Leads at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
