Job description

Mission In the context of lack of personnel in Finance department, we are looking after a specialized economist that will: - Work with and supervise the accounting team regarding: accounting setup, invoice processing, tax and other reporting for local & BNPP group authorities. - Ensure the correct recording of all the accounting operations performed by the team; - Ensure the registration of all reporting and accounting operations within the legal deadlines imposed - Establish and analyze the component of the account balances - Respect the legal requirements in the tax and accounting field as well as the group requirements Activities: I – Project transversal: II- Accountant – Manager level roles and responsibilities - - Contribute to and participate in the project steering committees - - Ensure the link between the CET finance team and Spain implementation team for the on-going projects and developments of the Business Central (former Navision) tool - - Effectively communicate relevant information to the team and Chief Accountant; - Validation of transactions booked by the team under supervision - Preparing the financial statements and the corresponding notes; - Financial support /...
