STARK is seeking to hire a Shipping LTO- 1st Shift for our Calhoun Georgia warehouse. This role will be responsible for supporting shipping and receiving functions to expedite the loading and unloading processes. Hiring/Retention Bonus up to $1,000 within the first year! ** bonus details provided during the interview Job Responsibilities: - Ensure all shipments have proper labels and are packaged correctly - Keep accurate shipping records - Organize pick-up schedules - Transfer goods between warehouses - Interact with outside companies - Prepare detailed and accurate packing lists and Bill of Ladings to accompany shipments - Must be able to drive a lift truck (Fork & Pole) - Perform other tasks and duties as assigned Job Requirements: - Must possess good time management, organizational and priority-setting skills - Have the ability to remain composed when faced with competing priorities - Have the ability to manage multiple assignments or tasks through to completion - High School Diploma or equivalent required Physical Demands: Work is performed while standing, sitting, and/or walking.
