Job Description Summary The Capital Investments Leader is the entry point for all JV capital expense reporting, capitalization, auditing, and planning. The JV Capital Investments leader works closely with the JV shop operations to build the business cases, monitor project execution and help benchmark best practices for tooling optimization. The Capital Investments leader interacts with the GE Aerospace Investments & Tooling Manager for all tooling and P&E requirements within their Supply Chain, and with Channel Partner and JV Product Managers regarding program support equipment or other tooling. Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: - Gather all the investments in PP&E needed across the JV to develop the annual operating plan, analyze business cases, and prioritize when necessary. - Collect GEA input regarding tooling to be developed for repair operations that needs to be included in the JV budget. - Work with JV FP&A in yearly financial planning exercises and report cash actuals and forecast. - Drive execution, monitor and report spending of JV projects from PO to payment.
