CURRENT HOLLAND HOSPITAL EMPLOYEES- Please apply through Find Jobs from your Workday employee account. This position is responsible for the assessment and treatment of patients on the inpatient psychiatric unit. The therapist will complete an initial evaluation, gather input from the patient's significant others, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop a person centered treatment plan. Therapeutic interventions include individual therapy, family sessions, and group therapy. Case management responsibilities focus on awareness of and appropriate utilization of financial resources, planning aftercare, and assisting the family to locate appropriate placement if needed. The therapist will maintain current independent licensure and credentials, will participate in continuing education, and will comply with unit specific competency requirements. Pay Range: $ 31.23 - 46.84 USD Hourly Employment Type: Part Time, 48 hours every 2 weeks. Schedule: Day shift, 7:30am to 4pm, One weekend a month required. 1 holiday per year required.
