Job Title Senior Facilities Manager Job Description Summary We are seeking an experienced and operationally focused Senior Facilities Manager to lead facilities management services across a complex, high-profile portfolio. Job Description Responsibilities: Lead planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and facilities operations across multiple precincts. Manage facilities contractors and service providers to ensure performance, safety and compliance standards are met. Oversee maintenance workflows, work orders and operational coordination with onsite Helpdesk teams. Support events and precinct operations, ensuring facilities readiness and post-event rectification. Monitor asset condition, operational risks and maintenance priorities. Prepare facilities reporting and contribute to governance, compliance and operational improvement initiatives. Work collaboratively with Property Management, HSE, Projects, Finance and Event Operations teams. About You: 7–10+ years’ experience in facilities management or building operations.
