IconicCare provides high-quality rehabilitation and medical care to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF). We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Clinical Operations Coordinator to join our team. If you thrive in task, calendar and healthcare operations and love solving problems so medical providers can focus on what they do best—patient care—we want to talk to you. The Clinical Operations Coordinator is the operational bridge between our physiatry providers, our practice, and our partner facilities. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end setup of new providers and facilities. Key Responsibilities: - Provider Onboarding: Drive the facility setup process for new providers, including coordinating facility orientations, securing badge/key access, and verifying EMR credentials prior to their first day. - Equipment Procurement: Order, track, and deliver necessary clinical and IT equipment (e.g., laptops, dictation tools, specialized medical instruments) so providers are fully equipped for patient care. - Facility Liaison: Serve as the primary communication hub between SNF administrators, Directors of Nursing (DONs), and our physicians to triage requests...
