JOB SUMMARY: The Contracts Specialist serves as the primary internal resource for various departments related to contracting. This position reviews and negotiate contracts on behalf of our organization, ensuring that all contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards. This position is also responsible for ensuring the careful management of contracts in the contract management system (CMS) and that all forms of written documentation, and agreement terms & conditions are properly maintained.
