Your main focus will consist of maintaining and sprucing up vacated units to keep them in immaculate condition while other duties include maintaining our leasing office, models, clubhouses and common interior properties. You are also in charge of fulfilling service requests and repairs in a timely and accurate manner. Be prepared to shine, as you hold a vital staff position that helps Gables soar above competitors with excellence in resident customer service.
