Ensures the bar is well-stocked with glasses, coasters, napkins, straws, ice, liquor, wine, and beer. - Cleans and organizes all bar storage areas including the liquor room and all prep areas. - Greets all customers who visit the bar or enter the restaurant’s dining area.
