This position requires travel to several supported individuals’ homes within the city. Schedule: Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Base Pay: $20.35/hour Shift Differential: Additional $6.00/hour for Saturday shift About the Role: As a Service Coordinator, you will support individuals in living full, independent lives. This includes helping them set meaningful goals, manage medical needs, develop life skills, write support plans, and manage personal finances.
