Job description

Overview: As a successful Business Operations Intern, you will be responsible for assisting with the business operations side of summer weeklong tournament operations at the Ripken Experience in Pigeon Forge, TN. This is a paid internship; we will work with your college/university for you to receive college credit towards your graduation. This internship will operate from May 11, 2026 - August 16, 2026. Responsibilities : - Assist with the organization of our VIP Suites and Chair/Wagon Rental program. - Work directly under the Team Coordinators, assisting them with rosters, welcome packets, and paperwork before each tournament. - Coordinate team gift distribution and assist Full-Time Staff with inventory count each week. - Serve as a customer service representative to the coaches/spectators during the event. Answer questions as they pertain to their tournament. - Work directly with front office personnel to successfully execute all week-long tournaments. - Assist our Food and Beverage Manager, Facilities Manager, and Retail Coordinator as needed. - Work in a fast-paced environment on Sundays during the check in process, opening ceremonies, and skills competitions. - Always convey w...
