Job Description 7am-3pm Mon – Fri and Sunday every other weekend Analyzes, verifies, tracks and reports on employee schedules to ensure that the facility is appropriately staffed to meet patient care needs. Works under supervision, to conduct payroll functions in the software and prepares relevant reports to identify cost saving opportunities. Job Responsibility: - Analyzes, verifies, tracks and reports employee schedules for accuracy; prepares software-based time utilization reports and reviews with team leaders to identify trends in staff scheduling and cost saving opportunities. - Develops schedules for nurses, aides, therapists, or other patient care providers in a staffing software. - Identifies daily cost saving opportunities regarding payroll and utilization of overtime; inputs daily scheduling changes based on receives requests for time off. - Monitors clock-in/clock-out procedures, notifies management of absences, and prepares and transmits information for payroll.
