Facilities Project Management Company: Boeing United Kingdom Limited An exciting opportunity has become available to Lead the facilities operation, maintenance and workplace services for Boeing’s Gatwick commercial campus, ensuring a safe, compliant and efficient environment that supports commercial aircraft teams and site visitors. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a facilities strategy for the Gatwick campus aligned with commercial operations, budget targets and sustainability goals. - Manage all facilities related systems and services HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire protection, access control and building automation for multiple buildings on campus. - Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance programmes and manage SLAs with contractors. - Lead small capital and fit-out projects for office areas, training rooms and visitor facilities. - Coordinate space planning, office moves, meeting rooms, and contractor activities to minimize disruption to commercial operations. - Ensure compliance with UK building regulations, H&S legislation and fire safety. - Control facilities budgets, track spending, produce forecasts and identify cost-savings and energy ef...
