At Bend Parks and Recreation we are committed to delivering the best customer service possible at all of our facilities. About the job: The Concessionaire position prepares, serves food and beverage items and serves as cashier for concession operations at our various facilities. Performs related preparation and cleaning duties. A day in the life: Duties may include, but are not limited to the following: - Greets customers and takes orders. - Prepares and serves pre-packaged and/or semi-prepared food. - Serves as cashier including using point of sale system and processing cash and credit transactions. - Completes opening and closing procedures for concession operations. - Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of concession area, equipment, and surrounding areas. - Assists Customer Service Specialist 2 and 3 including: directing public to activities, answering multi-line telephone, processing basic transactions and providi...
