Hourly Pay Range: $57.69 - $75.77 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: - Position: Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) – General Gastroenterology – Medical Group - Location: Skokie Hospital - Ambulatory Care Center, Skokie, IL - Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time (average of 40 hours/wk.) - Hours: Monday – Friday between 8AM – 5PM. No weekends, holidays, or call. - Required Travel: Evanston, Glenview, Highland Park, and Vernon Hills - Outpatient/clinic-based role Job Description: Exciting opportunity to join Endeavor Health Medical Group Department of General Gastroenterology! Under the direction of the collaborating physician(s), provides care to patients. Obtains detailed history and performs physical examinations, orders imaging, lab tests and diagnostic procedures and interprets results. Instructs patients on the prescribed therapeutic regimen and pre/post operative instructions. Maintains records and writes progress notes on status, treatments and procedures.
