You will play a key role in driving the delivery of engagements and conducting financial due diligence. In this role, you will: - Advise leading Australian and global financial institutions and private equity investors on a wide variety of complex and challenging transactions. - Develop a deep understanding of the target business and its drivers. - Review historical trading, quality of earnings, cash flow, working capital, net debt, capital expenditure, forecasts, and underlying assumptions through discussions with management teams. - Review sale and purchase agreements and financial models.• Mentor and coach a team of high-performing practitioners. - Develop your skills to build our brand in the market through business development opportunities with existing and targeted clie...
